I wrote this tutorial on January 2nd 2012

I used PSP9  and AS for this tutorial but I think it can be done with any version of PSP.
Filters used:
AAA-Frames filter.

For this tut you need a winter scrapkit of your choice and some tubes of your choice and any mask you like.

Dropshadow used on all elements and tubes and for the name: 3, -2, 35, 6

Open a new transparant image, 595 x 515, and floodfill with white.
Add a new layer, selections, select all. Open paper 9, copy and paste into selection. Select none.

Load your mask : Vix_FreebieMaskOct11No2.
Apply and merge group. Lower the opacity of this layer to 70.

Open element 3, resize to your liking and paste as a new layer.
Open paper 8, resize by 15% and copy. With your magic wand, click inside the frame and adjust, expand by 5.

Add a new layer and paste your paper into selection.
Drop this layer beneath the framelayer. Open element 59, resize and paste on top of the paper layer.

Open element 77, resize and paste under the frame aswell in the left corner. Open element 58, resize and paste as a new layer on top of the mushrooms.

Open the tube 'You look better this way', Shift D to duplicate. close the original.
Resize all layers by 50%. copy bird 1 and paste under the element 58 layer, mirror and position to your liking.
Open the eyelids 1 and do the same, position them over the eyes of the bird. link these two layers together. Do the same with the bird 2 and the eyelids 2 layer and line them up carefully with bird 1. See my screenshot below.

Open element 60, resize and position to the right on top of the frame.
Open element 5, resize and paste on the right bottom side of the frame.
Open element 73, resize and place on top of element 5.
Open element 34, resize and place on the bottom left of the frame. Open element 79, resize, mirror and place also on the bottom of the frame (see my tag for reference)

Open my Peppino tube, Shift D, close the original and resize the copy (alle layers) by 45%.
copy the layer without hat and paste on top of the sledth. copy the layer mouth closed and paste as a new layer and line up carefully with the other doglayer. Open the eye-lids layer and line them up with the eyes. link these dog layers together (see screenshot below)

Now for the harder part:):

Duplicate the doglayer with the mouth open. with your freehand selectiontool, point to point, select the tongue (see screenhot) and make a new layer of this selection. select none. (See screenshot)

With the warp tool set on the selections below, pull  the tongue a little bit down. Merge this tongue layer to the duplicated mouth open layer and rename it tongue out. Link this layer also to all the dog layers.

Close off the eye-lids layer, the mouth closed layer and this tongue out layer on the dog and also the eyelids 2, birds 2 and eyelids 1 layer on the bird. (See screenshot)

Copy merged and paste as a new layer on top of all the other layers.
AAA-Frame photo frame with the settings below

select all, selections modify, retract by 15, hit the delete button. Selections, select none.
Put all the correct copyright information clearly visible on your tag.
Add your name with a font of choice, I used Will&Grace. Outline black and fill color: d9a97f
Same dropshadow as before.

Now for the animation:)

Copy merged and paste in Animation Shop. Close of the tongue out layer and open the mouth open layer. Copy merged and past after frame 1 in AS.
Select both layers and copy and paste after frame 2. Again select all layers and copy and paste after frame 4.
You now have 8 layers.Paste again after frame 8. You now have 12 layers

Close the bird 1 layer, the eyelids 1 layer on the bird and open bird 2 in PSP.
Close the tongue out layer on the dog and open mouth open layer again in PSP. Copy merged and paste after frame 12 in AS.
Close the open mouth layer again in PSP and open the tongue layer again. Copy merged and paste after frame 13 in AS.
Select frame 13 and 14 in AS and copy these and past them after frame 14. Then paste again after frame 16 and again until you have 22 frames in total.
Almost done:)

Close the tongue layer in PSP and open the mout layer again on the dog in PSP. Opene the eyelids 2 on the bird and copy merged and paste after frame 22 in AS. Close the eyelids 2 on the bird again in PSP and copy merged and paste after frame 23 in AS. Put the frame property of these last 2 frames on 45 and you're done!
Save as a gif.
