I used PSP9 and AS for this tutorial but I think it can be done with any version of PSP.

Eye Candy 5 Impact
For this tutorial you need a tube, template, scrapkit and mask of your choice.

Dropshadow used on everything: Eye Candy 5 Impact, perspective shdow with the settings below:
Open the template, shift D to duplicate. Close the original. Remove the credit layer.
Enlarge the background to 600 x 600 and floodfill with white.
Open paper abv_lytb_paper1. resize by 19%. copy and paste as new layer on the backgroundlayer.
Apply mask Gemsmask 41, layers, merge group.
Open paper abv_lytb_paper10, resize by 19%
Highlight circle, selections select all, float, defloat, add a new layer and paste the paper in selection, deselect.
Remove the original cirlce layer. Add the dropshadow.
Open paper abv_lytb_paper11, resize by 19%
Highlight frame background layer,selections select all, float, defloat, add a new layer and paste the paper in selection,
deselect.
Remove the original frame background layer.
Add the dropshadow.
Open paper abv_lytb_paper3a, resize by 19%.
Highlight the circles layer, selections, float, defloat, add a new layer and paste the paper in selection, deselect.
Remove the original circles layer and add the dropshadow.
Open abv_lytb_heart1 and copy.
Highlight the hearts layer, seleciotn select all, float, defloat and add a new layer and paste in selection. Deselect.
Remove the original hearts layer and add the dropshadow.
Open you tube. I resized it by 40% and copied the layer with the girl on the chair and the chairshadow layers and pasted it on
top of all the template layers and mirrored it. I added the same dropshadow as before.
By now I resized (all layers checked) my work by 80%.
Copy merged and paste on top of all layers.
Adjust, blur, gaussian blur with the settings below:
Enlarge the background to 600 x 600 and floodfill with white.

Selections, select all, modify, extract by 16, hit the delete button and deselect.
Add all credits clearly visible as a new layer and place it on the frame.
If you don't want to animate, then add your name with a font of your choice and you're done:)
I used Ravie, size 48, outline black and for the fill I used paper abv_lytb_paper10, resize by 19%. Scale set to 50.

Now for the animation:
copy the girl layer and link them together so they keep lined up during the animation (see preview below)

selectiontool, freehand selection set to point to point select the breast area (see screenshot). make a layer of this selection, deselect.
warptool with settings below:
click once on the breasts on the selection layer. merge down and rename it breath. Close off this layer for now. Duplicate the
girl layer once more. Zoom in and with your selectiontool free had selection select the left eye (see screenshot)

add a new layer and fill with e7aa8f.
do the same for the right eye. deselect.
Merge down the eyelid layers to the duplicted girl and rename it eyes closed.
Close off this layer too for now.
Back to the original girl layer, with the free hand selection tool select the hair and make that selection into a new layer,
deselect.
Close off all layers for a moment, except for the hairlayer and copy merged it in Animation Shop.
Insert image effect, underwater with the settings below.
do the same for the right eye. deselect.
Merge down the eyelid layers to the duplicted girl and rename it eyes closed.
Close off this layer too for now.
Back to the original girl layer, with the free hand selection tool select the hair and make that selection into a new layer,
deselect.
Close off all layers for a moment, except for the hairlayer and copy merged it in Animation Shop.
Insert image effect, underwater with the settings below.
You have 17 hair layers now, remove the first one so you remain with 16 layers.
Back into PSP, open all layers except for the hair, the breath and the eyes closed layer

Copy merged and paste ad a new image in AS.
coy this image for a total of 8 frames.
Back into psp close the girl layer and open the breath layer.
Copy merged and back in AS paste it after frame 8. Copy it until you have 12 frames. Copy frame 1 and paste it after frame
12. Do this until you have 15 frames. Back in psp close the breath layer and open the eyes closed layer.
Copy merged and paste after frame 15 in AS.
You now have 16 frames.
Select them all, change the speed to 15.
Select all the hair layers, cut and paste them on your taglayers in AS.
